Erin Bloomfield is a highly skilled Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) who is board-certified through the National Certification Corporation. Erin’s journey with Prescott Women’s Clinic started in 2017 as a Certified Nursing Assistant, then advancing to the role of Triage RN in 2021, before ultimately becoming a Nurse Practitioner in 2023.

Erin’s education background includes a master’s degree in science from Georgetown University School of Nursing, where she graduated summa cum laude. Her undergraduate education is equally distinguished, featuring a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Northern Arizona University where she graduated with top honors, and an associate of applied sciences degree from Yavapai College in Prescott, Arizona.

Erin is driven by her passion for health equity, and she is committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based care. Her primary goal is that shared decision-making and inclusivity are fundamental aspects of patient care, thus ensuring the patient’s needs are at the forefront of every clinical experience.
