Josie began her career as a labor and delivery nurse, spending nearly a decade supporting families in both community and academic medical centers, including several years as a travel nurse. She chose to further her education to expand her impact and better meet the needs of the communities she serves.
Josie is committed to providing individualized, trauma-informed, and evidence-based care throughout the reproductive lifespan. She is passionate about physiologic birth and reproductive health care across all stages, not just pregnancy, with a strong emphasis on patient education and shared decision-making. Josie prioritizes creating a collaborative and respectful environment where patients feel informed, supported, and empowered in their care.
She provides prenatal and postpartum care, contraceptive and family planning support, annual well-person visits, and management of gynecologic concerns.
