About Kerri Bjornson, APRN-CNP, NNP-BC
Kerri was a NICU flight nurse for 6 years prior to obtaining her Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) graduate degree. She obtained her NNP degree at Vanderbilt University in 2006 and worked in several NICUs throughout South Dakota, North Dakota and Minnesota before moving to Arizona. Kerri is a proud member of NANNP (National Association of Neonatal Nurse Practitioners), and ANN (Academy of Neonatal Nurses).
Kerri’s clinical interests include POCUS ultrasound use, palliative care and continuing to update current clinical practice to include new data and research.
Personal interests include travel, attending baseball games, pickleball and hiking/backpacking/camping with family. Kerri has 2 adult children, 1 dog Loki (125-pound Berni-doodle) and 2 cats.
