About Lauren Raponi, MSN, NNP-BC
Lauren Raponi is a board-certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner with nearly a decade of experience caring for critically ill and premature infants in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). She considers it a true privilege to support babies and their families during some of the most vulnerable and emotional moments of their lives.
Lauren’s path to neonatal nursing began with a Psychology degree from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2013. Inspired by her cousin’s journey with congenital heart disease and extended NICU stay, she was moved by the compassionate, specialized care her family received. This experience ignited her passion for nursing and shaped her career goals. She went on to earn her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2015 and her Master of Science in Nursing in 2022, both from Regis University in Colorado.
Her clinical interests include family-centered care, interprofessional collaboration, and clear, compassionate communication between families and the healthcare team. Lauren believes that strong partnerships, mutual respect, and shared goals are key to achieving the best outcomes for newborns and their families.
Lauren recently relocated to Arizona from Denver, where she is embracing the sunshine and has picked up golf as a new hobby. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her friends and family.
