About Sarah Noonan, MSN-PH, NNP-BC
As a neonatal nurse practitioner, Sarah is passionate about caring for premature and critically ill babies—and just as passionate about supporting the families who love them. Her clinical focus is on developmental care and helping each baby grow in ways that protect and support their unique journey. One of the parts of the work Sarah values most is spending time with families, helping them understand their baby’s condition and care plan. Sarah truly believes that when families feel informed and included, it can ease some of the fear and uncertainty that comes with having a baby in the NICU.
Sarah takes a family-centered approach to care, treating parents as essential members of the team and encouraging their involvement every step of the way. Whether it’s through teaching, hands-on support, or just being there to listen, Sarah’s goal is to provide a sense of comfort and connection during a very challenging time. Every baby’s story is different, and she feels honored to walk alongside families as they navigate this part of their journey.
Outside of work, Sarah is a mom of two and spends much of her time cheering from the sidelines at their sporting events. In her spare moments, she loves hiking and taking cycling classes to recharge and stay active.
