About Abby Stutz, MSN, NNP-BC
As a board-certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner, Abby is dedicated to providing evidence-based critical care to the smallest of patients. Her career as a Neonatal Nurse began at Children’s Hospital Colorado in 2006. During her career there, she developed a passion for empowering and educating families throughout their NICU journey, as well as providing them with the tools to succeed after discharge.
Abby’s desire to improve outcomes for high-risk neonates led to her decision to become a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner in 2019. Her clinical interests revolve around stabilization of critically ill infants and management of complex medical and chronic conditions. Abby’s care philosophy is based on collaborative, individualized care as well as empathy and good communication.
Abby is a member of the Academy of Neonatal Nursing and the National Association of Neonatal Nurses-Advanced Practice. Abby’s personal interests include spending time with her husband and their two sons, reading, being outdoors, and cooking.
