About Phillip Pincock, MSN, NNP-BC
Phillip has dedicated much of his career to neonatal care, spending many years at the University of Utah Hospital’s NICU, a leading low birthweight center. During his tenure, he served on hospital committees, trained medical interns and residents, and became a certified Epic Trainer, responsible for educating advanced practice providers and neonatologists in the use of the Epic Medical Record. He also served as Adjunct Faculty at the University of Utah College of Nursing, where he shared his expertise in neonatal care.
Passionate about supporting the smallest and most vulnerable patients, Phillip finds fulfillment in helping infants grow stronger and preparing families for the transition from hospital to home. Since relocating to Arizona and joining Solara Neonatal, he has enjoyed managing both Level II and well newborns at Abrazo West Campus. He continues to invest in education as an Adjunct Faculty member at Grand Canyon University and as a preceptor for Family Nurse Practitioner students completing their newborn rotations.
Outside of work, Phillip values time with his wife, Tana. Together, they enjoy long walks, gardening, and visiting their children and granddaughters in Utah.
