About Lauren Harrell DNP, PNP
Lauren became a Registered Nurse at the age of nineteen and has since enjoyed a decade of caring for kids and babies in every stage of growth and development. Now as a nurse practitioner, her goal is to make healthcare feel less intimidating and more personalized to each family’s unique values and needs. Lauren enjoys working closely with other members of the healthcare team and parents of her patients to create care plans that are efficient, personalized, and rooted in best practice standards.
Lauren believes in working smarter, not harder—and that great care comes from teamwork, clear communication, and a little creativity. Aside from working in the hospital, Lauren has served as faculty for undergraduate nursing students, worked on a cruise ship, and enjoys volunteering on medical mission trips.
Outside of work, she loves going to concerts and chasing every shade of blue the beaches of the world have to offer. The variety in my career keeps me grounded, curious, and inspired. Lauren is grateful for the opportunity to make a difference every day through meaningful and compassionate patient care.
