Anne attended Arizona State University and received a dual bachelor’s in child development and psychology. She went on to complete a 450-hour internship at the University of Kentucky Children’s Hospital in Child Life, working primarily with hospitalized pediatric oncology patients. Her experiences fueled her passion to pursue nursing. It was in her undergraduate nursing studies that her vision shifted, and she fell in love with maternal and fetal nursing. Anne is involved with the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, Nurse Practitioners in Women’s Health, and the Association of Women’s Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two children, including traveling, hiking, playing tennis and golf, and women’s Bible study.
